PART TWO: GETTING STARTED - Logging Into Webber


All students and instructors need a userid and password to log in to Webber and access their courses. By default student's userid should be the first initial of their firstname and then the lastname and the last four digits of their studentid. The student's password should be the their birthdate without slashes or hypens (just numbers).

Example 1: Our student's name is John Doe. His student id number is "111111234" and his birthday is "01/01/1970"
His username would be "JDOE1234" or "jdoe1234" without the quotes. His password would be "01011970" without the quotes. See Screenshot 1 for an example.

Note: Webber is not case sensitive.


LOGIN STEPS:
  1. Open your web browser (Internet Explorer).
  2. Enter the URL or click: http://webber.uacch.edu
  3. Type in your username and password.
  4. Click the Login button.

After logging in your next screen should look like the example below.

CHOICES TO ENTER COURSE:
  1. You can click on the title of the course (MUSI2103_50032S - Music Appreciation).
  2. If your course has new email for viewing, you can click on the link that says "New Mail". This will take you directly to the mail section. See Screenshot 3 for an example.
  3. If your course has new forum posts, you can click on the link that says "New Forum Posts". This will take you directly to the forum section. See Screenshot 3 for an example.
  4. If your course has new tests to be taken, you can click on the link that says the number that are available. See Screenshot 3 for an example.
  5. If your course has new assignments to be completed, you can click on the link that says the number that are available. See Screenshot 3 for an example.
